Services as a subject of the technological connection contract

Researching questions of the issue of key features of a service as an object of an agreement, as an object of legal relations arising from the technological connection contract. It is proved that that the main feature of a service as an object of a contract is its inseparability from the contractor and customer of the service. It is concluded that a service is an economic benefit, which is a set of actions of one person to meet the needs of another person.
