The article provides a characteristic of the results of intellectual activity (RIA) created using artificial intelligence as objects of innovation and innovative activity, the features and prospects of further settlement of such RIA in the context of innovation in Russian law are analyzed, and a comparative legal characteristic of the legal status of RIA created using AI in some foreign legal systems.
