PORTRAIT OF AN IATROGENIC CRIMINAL IN CASE OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE

This article analyzes the socio-demographic characteristics of the criminal's personality (age, gender, education, place of residence, occupation, etc.), convicted of failure to provide medical care from 2020 to 2024. The purpose of the article is to create a portrait of an iatrogenic criminal convicted under Article 124 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The research is aimed at identifying trends and patterns that have developed in Russia over the past 5 years, which can be used to develop targeted preventive programs and improve the effectiveness of the quality control system for medical care. Statistical analysis and modeling methods were used in the study. In addition to the formed portrait of the criminal, the result of the study are hypotheses about the relationship of socio-demographic characteristics with the criminogenic behavior of iatrogenic criminals.
