                         The article describes a new technique for solving various tasks that require non-standard, insightful solutions. The methodology is based on the integration of three tools used, each separately, in psychological practice:
    1. David Rock's ARIA Model (problem solving through insights)
    2. Pavel Piskarev's "Metamodern Square" model of paradigmatic analysis
    3. The method of "Neurography"
This technique works with the subconscious mind of a person through four positions of perception of a life situation, simultaneously projecting it onto paper. The methodology may be of interest to specialists practicing coaching:
    a) as a process of insightful solution of problematic "dead-end" situations with the help of divergent thinking, internal and external attention;
    b) as an art therapy process;
    c) as a process focused on the creative creation and implementation of significant life changes in the personal and/or professional sphere.
    d) "as a partnership process that stimulates the work of thought and creativity of the client, in which the client, with the help of a coach, maximizes his personal and professional potential", (definition of the International Coaching Federation, ICF).
