This article attempts to analyze the possibilities of modern technologies to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities in the field of health and the development of an inclusive culture. Rapid technological growth carries not only a large number of opportunities and prospects for the development of society, but also certain risks that must be taken into account. The issue of regulating and controlling the presence of modern technologies in the lives of people with health deficits is acute. The paper presents examples of the positive impact of modern technologies on the lives of people with health deficits, as well as those that can provoke negative effects.
