In connection with the relatively wide spread of posttraumatic pathology of the shoulder joint in modern traumatology, most attention is paid to the principles of treatment of this pathology, as well as methods of prevention. In our opinion, it is necessary to single out a group of people engaged in professional sports activities, as well as ballet dancers, since this category of people has significantly more significant physical exertion, as well as a forced excess of the normal amplitude of movements, including in the shoulder joint. As a result, prerequisites are created for traumatic changes in the shoulder joint. At the same time, timely and adequate treatment is the key to further, both social and physical well-being.
