THE IMPACT OF PERINATAL TRAINING PROGRAMS ON THE LEVEL OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE THIRD TRIMESTER AND WOMAN AFTER GIVING BIRTH

The article presents the results of assessing the level of anxiety and depression based on the hospital anxiety and depression Scale (HADS) in pregnant women at 34 and 36 weeks, as well as on the 3rd day of the postpartum period and 1 month after delivery. The impact of various medical, socio-psychological programs of perinatal training on the dynamics of changes in the level of anxiety and depression in the surveyed women was assessed. Special attention is paid to the study of the psycho-emotional background of the wives of participants in a special military operation. It is shown that the author's program "Conscious motherhood" is an effective method of normalizing the emotional background of pregnant women and women in childbirth.
