Project management processes create complex art given the variation in institutional structures of the enterprise

This article presents the structure of the control loop, which is based on the analysis of the accompanying documen- tation developed in parallel to the creation of sophisticated technology, for example, creating an unmanned aircraft equipment of civil application (UAE CA); the organizational structure of the enterprise developer UAE CA; the cycle management based on the company’s organizational structure.
