Synthesis of new derivatives of 3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane

The condensation of 1-adamantylamine with paraformaldehyde and symmetrical disubstituted ketones type (RCH2)2CO obtained 1,5-disubstituted-3,7-di(1’-adamantyl)-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes which was converted into the hydrochlorides.
