Principles of integrated modeling errors CNC machines and analysis

Made a detailed analysis of the errors of the motion of the kinematic pairs of the machine, using a method based on the transformation of the homogeneous coordinates, the analysis and proposed a complex mathematical model chetyrehosnogo CNC machine having a pair of movable as well as turning pair. This model includes not only the geometric error, but also the temperature, only 46 elements errors. By this method of creating a mathematical model may be resorted to in the analysis of complex modeling errors and their compensation for the four-CNC machines and other types of five-axis machine tools of various kinds.
