Tanks for oil and petroleum products. Industrial safety

Storage of petroleum and petroleum products is carried out in special tanks. These objects have a high risk of fire and explosion, which increases the need for compliance with industrial safety requirements. According to the requirements of legislation in the field of industrial safety, operation of such facilities should be carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents. This article is dedicated to the safe operation of storage tanks for oil and petroleum products. The main aspects of industrial safety of such facilities at different stages of their life cycle were considered. Ensuring safe operation of the storage tanks for oil and petroleum products is an important task, which is solved by the use of a wide range of organizational and technical measures.
