Model of repeated channel transmission, against interference

Kushnazarov Farrukh Isakulovich  (Railways intern, Petersburg State University)

In data networks struggle with errors is an integral part for the integrity of the data. Some of the ways to reduce errors in the transmission channel are such methods of data transmission, as a stop with the expectation, return to N steps and a selective choice. The above methods of data transmission enable evaluation of the data link layer protocols developed under the influence of data channels of interference of various nature. the influence of interference in the retransmission of the channel, the channel length and the dependence on the size of the frame error probability in the frame as well as number of attempts before successful transmission were taken into account. Existing estimation procedure performance of data-link protocols were designed assuming the absence of effects on interference data channels of different natures . influence of interference in the retransmission of the channel and frame size dependent on the probability of error frames, the number of successful attempts to transmit a frame were taken into account. The mathematical expectation of the number of attempts until the first successful delivery of the frame, the dependence of the real performance of the protocols under conditions of interference for different access technologies in monochannel were considered thoroughly.

Keywords:data channel, error handling, performance, the actual speed of the channel interference, stop with the expectation return on N steps, selective choice, computer networks.
