head and neck cancer is one of the most vital medico-social problems of modern oncology. The significance of this issue from the functional, social, and aesthetic points of view accounts for the necessity of integrated approach to the treatment of such category patients. The article reveals the opportunities and prospects for endovascular interventions as a sparing technique in these patients. The purpose of this article - to determine the role of the method in the treatment of inoperable patients.
