The study of quantitative changes in the content of immunoglobulin G to Helicobacter Pylori in patients with different variants cholelithiasis after cholecystectomy

The aim of the study. The aim of the study is to determine the quantitative characteristics of Immunoglobulin G antibodies to Helicobac-ter pylori in patients with cholelithiasis. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in women (n=105) aged from 30 to 50 years with different variants cholelithiasis with enzyme immunoassay after cholecys-tectomy. The results and conclusion. Established that the Immunoglobu-lin G antibodies to Helicobacter pylori was reduced in patients with dif-ferent variants cholelithiasis after cholecystectomy. It can be concluded that the decrease in the concentration of immunoglobulin G to Helicobac-ter pylori plays a role in cholelithiasis
