A study of the impedance in the treatment of a biological object received a burn

in ESSUTM apparatus bioimpedance spectrometry, which determines for a given frequency of the electric current, the resistance of biological tissues. This unit allows you to assess the condition of organs and systems of biological objects under various external influences (burn, anesthesia, drugs, etc.). Different from all existing devices in that it allows to simultaneously obtain the data of the impedance at different frequencies of the probing current. The study aims at examining the level of impedance in the treatment of a biological object received a burn unit bioimpedance spectrometry. Observed in rats one day after the burn of esophagus pericardial inflammation, swelling, tissue necrosis as a consequence of the sharp decrease in impedance at different frequencies. Data analysis of rats under the action of the drug (0.5% solution of calendula in sea buckthorn oil) showed that with increasing exposure time of the drug is observed a slight increase in the magnitude of the impedance. That is, the drug begins to have a positive therapeutic effect on a biological object. With the increase in the frequency of the probing current on the biological object impedance decreases.
