Non-contact automated control system of the geometry of thread

This article provides an over view of the development and the construction of non-contact automated control system of the geometry of thread. Few types of possible compositions are mentioned. In addition, the accuracy of measurements is discussed. The description of the main electrical circuit blocks is also given.
