Methodological basis for the development of service industries

The development and deployment of enterprise services now being given more and more attention. It is no coincidence that the top leadership of the country interested in this question, since August 8, 2011 Russian President issued the Decree № 1058 "On Joint Stock Company, which unites the racecourses of the Russian Federation." In this connection it is interesting to highlight the development and deployment of service industries in terms of methodological principles, which determine the patterns of development and deployment of enterprise services.
