Management of corporate assets: the problems of growth

In Russia the assets are not considered as the object of management. Underestimation of asset-management has led to the fact that exponentially growing assets of russian companies generate relatively smaller volumes of sales, and ROA is 6%. This indicates the extensive nature of the growth and development model "growth for growth". Under such conditions necessary to form the concept of asset-management that takes into account not only the foreign experience, but also the realities of Russia.
