Activities of regulators in the field of post trade services in the securities market in Europe

Recent years have shown significant changes in the situation of the clearing and settlement of securities transactions in the European market. This article provides an analysis of the influence of MiFID, «Code of Conduct" on competition between trading platforms, clearing and settlement institutions. The problems of increasing levels of integration and market efficiency postreydingovyh services.
