Key provisions of EUR regulations on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories

This paper analyzes the causes of and development of the main provisions of European regulations governing activities in the field of OTC derivatives. An assessment of the possible impact of this document on the financial markets in terms of reducing systemic risk by increasing the safety and efficacy of OTC derivatives market.
