Consumer loyalty as a key factor in competition banks

In the article the role of customer loyalty in the competitiveness of banks was defines. The evaluation criteria of customer loyalty were studied. Evaluation customer loyalty for the selected criteria on the example of Sberbank of Russia was assessed.
