Moral content of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the criminal procedure law of human rights

The article discusses the importance of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993 as the first in domestic practice the legal document embodied the extensive list of rights and freedoms. It is noted that, by adjusting the start of justice, the Constitution of the Russian Federation captures their democratic content, reflecting the requirements of justice and humanity. Analyzes the role of the RF Constitution of 1993, in the improvement of the foundations of Russian legislation, which relates primarily to the criminal procedural law. Is a characteristic for the first time included in the current Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation a special Chapter 2 «Principles of criminal judicial proceedings».
