Powers of Attorney in supervising the implementation of the legislation on wildlife

This article discusses the powers of the prosecutor in supervising the implementation of legislation on wildlife. A comparison of powers and oversight powers of state control in the same field of specially authorized bodies. Are examples of the general supervisory powers specified in the law on the Prosecutor, in legislation on wildlife. The implementations of the powers of the prosecutor handling the court in defense of the state and public interests, which are directed against violations in the animal world.
