Some questions the voluntary surrender of drugs, persons serving penalties associated with isolation from society

in the article the author considers the special conditions of exemption from criminal liability due to active repentance in correctional institutions; analyzed note to art. 228 of the Сriminal Сode, providing for the voluntary surrender of narcotic drugs and active part in the disclosure or the suppression of criminal offences; identified certain issues of application of norms of the Russian criminal-procedural legislation.
