The essential features of the modern Russian model of legal statehood

In this paper we consider formal Criteria based system that allows to assess the degree of realization of the concept of rule of law in Russia, the essential features of the rule of law is a unity of criteria four complexes: the ideological criterion of the complex, the formal criterion of the complex, a practical criterion of the complex, the complex psychological criterion. The article proposes the adoption of a federal law on the introduction of the institution of civil consultative meeting on electoral reform in the Russian Federation.
