The conclusion of forensic accounting as one of the evidence in the case concerning the imposition of vicarious liability of the debtor

In this article the author examines the rare in the Russian law enforcement type of expertise as a forensic accounting in the context of attracting vicarious liability of the debtor , setting out the issues necessary for setting the experts and common pitfalls in its implementation.
