Models of differentiation of criminal responsibility in some legal systems of the world

The article discloses a process involving the national systems, including the national legal system of our country. Questions concerning the classification of criminal law systems are one of the most difficult and controversial in the science of criminal law. On one of the first places there is a question about the applicability of a particular industry to the typology of criminal law. Within the framework of a criminal-law family differentiation of criminal responsibility in the legislation of the countries belonging to it can be different.
