The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the process of analysis of innovative activity of the enterprise. Analyzed international experience, studied modern domestic methods of analysis and assessment, identified their advantages and disadvantages. Recommendations concerning the improvement and increase of the quality assessment procedures of innovative activity of the enterprise.
