Modern features of a preventive administrative violations by the police juvenile Russian Interior Ministry and the ways of their implementation

the suppression of administrative offences, prevention of offences and legal education of children for any state now is problematic. And activities of the police juvenile (PD) of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is actual. In fact, now the enforcement substantially without improving not only the Federal regulations. But directly and orders of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia which regulate activity of very important services and departments of the Agency. Moreover, in 2014 under an underage amounted to 187 thousand children, and in 2013 the number of crimes accounted for more than 60 thousand And with regard to administrative offences, they are much higher. And with these and other social factors is now appropriate to review organizational issues (rulemaking), in the area of activities of bodies of internal Affairs, which directly relate to the suppression of illegal actions of children and their legal representatives.
