The characteristics of law regulation of state crimes against the emperor, his family and the supreme authority in the Penal Code on criminal and correctional penalties of 1845

The article considers the problem of legal regulation of state crimes against the supreme power in section III of the Penal Code on criminal and correctional penalties of 1845. This law has a special significance due to the fact that it had been taken in the period of formation of the main branches of law and remain valid until the beginning of the XX century. Violations of the supreme authority and its representatives are among the most dangerous for state, law and society state crimes. Historical and legal analysis of the pre-existing legal regulation of this institute can achieve an integrated understanding of the relevant issues. In the line-item analysis there was conducted, revealed and discussed the main characteristics of the legal regulation of this legal institution.
