The contractual liability of entrepreneurs as equal participants in civil law relations

The article analyzes the relation contractual liability of entrepreneurs. The author concludes that establishing this kind of responsibility, the legislator was guided by the fact that the rules of contractual liability would have an effective impact on the participants of civil turnover. The author gives his own definition of contractual liability of entrepreneurs. The article highlighted features of contractual liability in the field of entrepreneurship.
