"Carriage" and "Transportation" as elements of the actus reus

The author investigates the justification for the simultaneous use such terms as "the carriage" and "the transportation" in the Criminal Code, due to their similar values. The author analyzes the article 187 "Illegal turnover of payments," which is included in the disposition one of the above terms.
