Oligopsony in Russian antitrust legislation

The article presents the analysis of the methods of oligopsonized markets regulation in Russian antitrust legislation. Oligopsonized markets can’t be effectively regulated because the definition of a buyer’s market share is absence; there are no instructions how to recognize the critical level of a buyer’s market power. Moreover, according to Russian antitrust, establishing a monopsonistically low price is not a violation of the law. The author offers the ways of elimination these imperfections.
