The injustice of corruption articles of the criminal law

The article discusses the injustice of the sanctions of the criminal law, overly broad judicial review when the value of punishment, and as a con-sequence the opportunities for corrupt action in the administration of jus-tice. The article analyzes the examples of articles of the Сriminal Сode of the Russian Federation with corruption sanctions. The author offers con-structive conclusions.
