Innovative modernization of production assets of export-oriented enterprises as a key factor of economic growth

The article deals with the problematic issues of technical re-equipment of domestic engineering industry. The state of the active part of fixed assets of Russian industry is analyzed. It studies the pros and cons of imports of machinery and equipment to the Russian Federation. The recommendations to improve the application of tariff exemptions on the import of equipment are given.
