Plans for the product in the East Siberian region

The study examines formation of the petroleum pipe-lines in Russian Federation. The dissertation highlights stages of transformation of the petroleum pipe-lines into significant constituent of the petroleum product supply chain. Also failed projects of building petroleum pipelines in Eastern Siberia region have been analyzed as well as their necessity for the regional petroleum product supply chain. The paper concludes with future trends of this subject in modern conditions.
