Sexual violence – as a kind of objectively unmotivated violence

The Present article is devoted to the violent crimes of a sexual nature, committed not to satisfy sexual desire, but in a more complex, subconscious psychological reasons. The motive of these crimes are not obvious, and encroaching actions seem illogical. This kind of activity we called objectively unmotivated activity, which has, in our opinion, the place in the following cases: a person commits a crime in state of insanity; in a state of mental instability; under the influence of the substitution of motivation.
