Classification of information systems for business usage

Article reveals the basic scientific approaches to the phenomenon of information systems in order to reveal how the essence of this phenomenon is described frames of legislative regulation. Author describes the peculiarities of information- technological, economical and legal approaches of information systems. According to information – technological approach, information system is the material system that organizes stores and transforms information. Such definition points out that information system have a material form. According to economical approach information system is the combination of personnel and methods used in terms of storage and reproduction of information in order to achieve certain objectives. While analyzing information-technological and economical approaches, the author notes that legal approach could take from the rest ones as both mark the importance of human resources while interacting with information systems. At that the author suggests to overview the current definition of the term «information systems» stated in Federal law № 149, adding an indication on subjects of law, that interact with informational systems.
