Analysis tools state stimulation of modernization and innovation in high technology industries China

Competitive success of a national economy depends on the implementation of reserve, embedded in the growth of high-tech industries. Their effective development depends on government strategic control. Chinese experience in the field of practical implementation of long-term innovation strategy to promote the upgrading and innovation in R&D sector imposes great interest for Russia. China critically analyzed existing innovative strategies of "catch-up countries". By putting in priority national interests, it was able to develop its own strategy and tools to upgrade its R&D sector.
