Foreign experience of functioning of special economic zones

In world practice there is an extensive successful experience of functioning of special economic zones in various political and social and economic systems, territories and conditions: science and technology parks in the USA, zones of development of high and new technologies in China and others. In article approaches to procedure of creation of economic zones in world practice are considered. Tax preferences for participants of economic zones are presented worldwide, their features of functioning, the analysis and studying of opportunities of adaptation of the international experience is carried out to the Russian practice.
