Criminological aspect of female criminality

The article is devoted to the study of criminological female criminality, its analysis and comparative characteristics of the male crime. The article also reflects the statistics of growth of female criminality in Russia in 2013-2014 years, we identified specific types of crimes committed by women in modern society (theft, violent crime, fraud). It was noted the main problems of female crime and the introduction of the above teachings and knowledge in society. In addition, the factors that affect women's criminal behavior. One example the influence of the macro in the commission of crimes is the introduction of women in the Russian Federation program of support of large families in the form of maternity capital. Thus, in the Republic of Khakassia with the use of the parent capital of women committed six crimes. It is concluded that the unconditional factor of influence on women when they commit crimes are the family relations, political and economic situation in the country. In addition, more detailed explanation of criminological characteristics of women - offenders who have committed neonatatsid, set their average age, and the main features. The article gives examples of infanticide, committed by criminals in the Republic of Khakassia.
