Special aspects of the employees` representation in bankruptcy procedure of the employer

The article contains the analysis of the institute of the insolvent employer’s workers representation. The author comes to conclusion that the representation of the employees in bankruptcy procedure is a specific kind of representation with aims, goals and content which vary from the representation in social partnership. The need of professional representation of the employees in the bankruptcy is demonstrated in the article. To entrust of this function is proposed to the special department within the Department of Labour and Employment.
