The application of criminal liability for misconduct during the bankruptcy on the example of Japan and China

The learning experience of the regulation of criminal responsibility for wrongful actions at bankruptcy in the Asia-Pacific region is a necessary component of studies of the relevant rules in the criminal law of Russia. Consistent development over the centuries in these countries bankruptcy laws was associated with improvement of criminal-legal norms that protect relevant procedures. And this many years of experience useful to the Russian legislators and enforcers. This article considers some aspects of criminal liability for misconduct in bankruptcy in the Asia-Pacific region (on the example of Japan and China).
