The article is devoted to the disclosure of the problem of the development of human capital in the conditions of higher education. An important role in the effective reproduction of human capital in this sphere is played by the availability of education for able entrants who show good data and abilities in this field of knowledge, which they choose as a future profession. At the same time, various obstacles of a subjective nature, shortcomings in the abilities of entrants and students - representatives of various national and ethnic groups [1], gender inequality, and material barriers provoke the emergence of degradation processes in the reproduction of human capital. Thus, in the development of the educational policy of higher education institutions.
