The analysis of the legal definition of officials in the criminal code

In the article the questions of the concept of official in note 1 to article 285 of the criminal code "Abuse of power". Examines the concept of representative government, proposals for changing certain features of the concept of representative government. Discusses ways of laying out official functions.
