Investment Bonds - an effective tool for stimulating the economic growth and investment activity in the Russian Federation

The article proposes to consolidate the law a new type of securities - "investment bonds", which will attract additional financial resources in investment projects in the real sector of the economy in the Russian Federation. The paper also describes the government and municipal bonds in the Russian Federation, the investment activity in the regions, the effectiveness of existing measures of state support for small and medium businesses.
