Peculiarities of administrative legal status of the Federal service for intellectual property (Rospatent)

Author of this article investigates features of legal regulation of the Federal service for intellectual property (Rospatent) as a special government authority with administrative authority in the field of intellectual property. The author draws attention to the insufficient legal regulation of the system of state institutions, the lack of specific research in this area. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the author's proposed scheme of administrative and legal status of Rospatent, as regulated by legislative acts, Decrees of the President of Russia, and also acts of the Russian Government and profile ministries.
