On some doctrinal and practical problems of e-justice in state courts and directions of their solution

the present paper discusses some theoretical and practical problems of e-justice in state courts, including problems of improving the conceptual-categorical apparatus associated with the study of the concept of e-justice, e-justice, prospects of application of electronic justice categories: procedural risk, etc. are Also considered practical problems of improvement of legal foundations of e-justice, the use of videoconferencing, electronic notices, etc. The author suggests specific areas of improvement of legislation and practice in the field of e-justice, including proposals on the adoption of some regulatory legal acts and the specific wording of amendments to the Civil procedural code of the Russian Federation.
