International legal regulation using the special knowledge in stage of initiation the criminal case (materials of the Republic of Belarus)

the Use of special knowledge is an integral part of the criminal procedural activi-ties of state bodies in the sphere of protection of the interests of the state, society and citizens and is subject to strict legal regulation. Normative legal regulation is carried out by norms of positive law and other legal impact on social relations with a view to their streamlining. The results of the use of special knowledge can be a powerful argument in the administration of justice.
