Modern mechanisms of co-operation of corruption: perspective development strategies

In this article the author focuses on the fact that along with the active use of government prohibitive and restrictive anti-corruption measures there is a serious lack of mechanisms that encourage good behavior and promote disclosures of corruption. In this regard, in order to effectively implement international anti-corruption standards into the national legal system considers a number of recommendations that have the potential to become development strategies of the Russian anti-corruption policy.
